Q. Do you offer free trial account?

A. Yes we do. You do NOT need a domain name to create one. You can even access it using www.hostingspectra.com/~accountname.

And you are set. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours explaining what to do and where to login. Then enjoy for the next 7 days.

Please let us know if you decide to host with us so we can upgrade your account to the package of your choice. Or let us know you do not want to continue and your account will be deleted.

Q. Do you allow adult websites?

A. No. Adult websites are not allowed on our servers. Nor do we allow any illegal software, warez or information that are considered illegal under usa laws.

If you still go against this policy, your account will immediately be terminated without any refunds what so ever. Non-negotiable.

Q. Will I be able to update my website at any time?

A. Yes. You will be able to access your online control panel 24/7 to manage every aspect of your account with HostingSpectra.com as well as access to your account through FTP to update your site at any hour of the day or night.

Q. How do I choose a hosting package which is right for me?

Most of our shared hostingplans generally have the same features, but have different storage space and bandwidth. Depending on your online activity you choose your plan. You can start with a basic plan and upgrade as you go.

Q. Do you offer any other controlpanel besides cPanel?

A. No. We currently only offer the cPanel control panel, which by the way has lots of different features to offer.
